    Join ISN & local partners to remove invasive garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolata) from the Natural Education Reserve by the Boardman River Nature Center. Then, stay after for a delicious garlic mustard-themed lunch. This is a workbee for all ages! All volunteers will also receive an ISN tee shirt as a thank you for participating. 

    Dress for the weather, and bring garden gloves if you prefer. We will work rain or shine!

    Did you know that garlic mustard is one of the few plants that retains its green color when used in papermaking? Join the Invasive Species Network (ISN) and Grand Traverse Conservation District to make paper out of this invasive species! Hear a presentation on the alternative uses of invasive plant species and then make your own paper to take home. All materials are provided and there is no cost to participate.
