Midwest Invasive Species Information Network (MISIN) Reporting Techniques Training

You can play an important role in the early detection and rapid response to invasive threats in your area by reporting invasive species observations to the MISIN database. Phyllis Higman and Claire Petersen with the MISIN will provide an introduction to invasive plants and teach you how to report invasive species you encounter online or with their new smartphone app. Bring your smart phone, tablet or other device with the MISIN app already loaded. Workshop will be help entirely indoors. MNFI's A Field Guide to Invasive Plants of Aquatic and Wetland Habitats for Michigan will be for sale for $12.00-cash only.
