Erica Clites Posted January 11, 2021 Report Share Posted January 11, 2021 The Southeast Michigan/Saginaw Bay CISMA coordinators got together to create a calendar for focusing outreach efforts on 1-2 species each month. Our goal with this is to make a larger impact on social media and through other outreach by focusing on fewer species that we really want the public to keep an eye out for. Our hope is that if people see content on the same species from several different places, it will make more of an impact than just one CISMA posting about it. In addition, we are gathering links etc. on these species, as well as our field/survey knowledge, so that other coordinators don't have to separately gather these resources.
