Ryan Wheeler
Jane Kramer has been working on an art project for the past two years, photographing Michigan’s endangered plants and printing the images of their shadows on paper made from invasive plants. She has presented her methods and work across the state (schools, garden clubs etc.). She spoke at MSU’s science fair last week. If you ever need a lighter, more arty presentation at one of your cooperative meetings, she might be able to help. Michigan radio did a story on the project: https://www.michiganradio.org/post/michigan-photographer-turns-invasive-species-art You can see the work here: http://janekramer.com/foreshadowing.html Edited April 15, 2019 by Ryan Wheeler
Katie Grzesiak
We worked with her last year--she's very knowledgeable and communicates well (and factually!) about the science of invasive species, but really grabs people with her art! A joy to work with.
