Hi fellow CISMA Coordinators!
As I am settling into the role of coordinator, I am finding that there are many, many moving parts to keep track of! I can see how it could become easy to get lost in the weeds (pun intended) very quickly if I do not have a system in place for gathering my thoughts and organizing my projects! Rather than spending hours on google trying to find the best solution, I thought I would check the collective for wisdom. Do you have a go-to project organization tool/visualization/ or template that helps you keep track of your projects and activities at a glance?
